This past weekend, your regional officer team met for our annual training to prepare us to serve you. In this meeting, we outlined our regional goals for the year. After a long discussion we came to the conclusion that we still need to improve the communication within the region. Many chapter members still don’t know that the region is here to assist their chapters in meeting their goals.
For the past couple of years, communication has been an issue of continued improvement and refinement and this year we have decided our focus would be on finding ways to utilize the tools we have more effectively.
The final outcome of this discussion was the following two regional goals for the year.
- Personally Reach Chapter Members
- Raise Awareness of All Chapter Members to the Regions Presence and its Programming.
