Chapter goals for the Five Star Chapter Development Program are due by April 30, which is also the date for the first update form to be completed. Forms may be completed on-line.
Participation in the Five Star Program strengthens chapters by providing a foundation in Phi Theta Kappa programs and guidelines for program participation. Five Star recognition is provided to chapters at the local, regional, and international levels as they master basic elements and enhance programming.
24 New England chapters participated in the Five Star program in 2007, and five have already registered for 2008. Congratulations to Alpha Xi Theta (Gateway Community College), Alpha Nu Epsilon (Northwestern Connecticut Community College), Alpha Kappa Upsilon (Massasoit Community College), Alpha Phi Xi (Central Maine Community College), and Alpha Upsilon Omicron (New Hampshire Technical Institute) for being the first New England chapters to register.
