Celebrate the founding of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society! 
Chapters are encouraged to observe Founders Day, which commemorates the founding of Phi Theta Kappa at Stephens College in Missouri on November 19, 1918, in order to celebrate our organization and introduce our communities to the honor society.
